Tour de Forks is a bespoke travel company catering to travelers who look to discover a destination – its history and culture through its cuisine. We work directly with consumers and collaborate with travel agents and advisors on behalf of their clients.
Custom Travel Policy
We customize our existing itineraries and packages, and create new culinary themed experiences for individual travelers and groups. Customizing travel plans involves significant time and effort, and making informed decisions about destinations, transportation, and special local arrangements requires an equal mix of industry knowledge and actual travel experience.
We are pleased to offer a one-hour complimentary consultation and have developed a brief questionnaire as a tool to maximize that time and facilitate the process.

The steps
- Contact us to schedule your complimentary consultation
- Consultation
- Submission of itinerary framework
- Agreement to go forward – requiring a planning fee of $300.00*
- Additional consultation as needed to determine itinerary details
- Upon final approval of itinerary, a deposit (amount to be determined) will be required
- Final payment due 90 days before departure
*$300.00 is our standard fee. If travel plans are lengthy or require extensive special arrangements the fee will be assessed accordingly and advised during the consultation. The fee is non-refundable.
