Alto Adige

Alto Adige—also known as South Tyrol — is Italy’s northernmost region. It does aperitivo, antipasto, and caffè macchiato just as beautifully as the rest of the country, but the region’s traditionally Mediterranean-influenced gastronomy is also infused with the hearty alpine flavors of neighboring Austria and Switzerland. Join us as we set out for a 7-day tour of the countryside, delving deep into its enchanting cuisine, led Chef Anita Lo.

Guests will explore the region’s lauded wineries, indulge in cheese tastings with its top affineurs, and dine at Michelin-starred restaurants, of which there are so many clustered in South Tyrol! You will also experience a master class at three-Michelin-starred Chef Norbert Niederkofler’s restaurant AlpINN. The restaurant, which sits at an impressive 7,500 feet in altitude, offers spectacular views of the Dolomites.
