Each destination package is priced per person based on double occupancy for the inclusions listed. Experiences listed on the menus are priced per person and in some instances, subject to availability. Each package comes with a list of the region's finest restaurants and Tour de Forks bespoke travel services are available for extensions and additional travel plans.

A Taste of the Cape Winelands
A four day/three night independent package. Mountains rising above lush vine-covered valleys and verdant farmlands provide a dramatic backdrop to the oak lined streets of the Winelands' historic towns of
Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. It is here in Franschhoek where the French Huguenots first made wine in South Africa. Today, the industry is booming and the Stellenbosch
wine route offers over 130 wineries and an opportunity to sample stunning wines - accompanied by panoramic views. Not just for oenophiles,
the Winelands are a mecca for foodies as well. Your stay will be in the charming village of Franschhoek,
widely considered to be South Africa's culinary capital - and heart.

Wine tasting and lunch at the Moreson Estate's Bread & Wine Restaurant. This character-filled rustic restaurant is in an idyllic setting and exudes old world charm.
Chef Neil Jewell has created an inspired seasonally-influenced menu that features his homemade charcuterie.
Dinner at the Tasting Room - ranked one of the top 50 restaurants in the world - enjoy a 5 course tasting menu. Wine pairings optional.

Stellenbosch Wine Route & Lunch (Full Day)
A walking tour of the town of Stellenbosch. Small yet sophisticated, it was founded in 1679 and its oak shaded streets are filled with some of the finest examples of Cape Dutch,
Georgian, Victorian architecture. A stop at Oom Samie se Winke, a 19th century-style general store is a must, redolent of tobacco and spices it is also a purveyor of witblitz - the Afrikaner version of moonshine.
Visits and tasting at a variety of the area's wineries including a stop at the Waterford Estate's for its signature Chocolate & Wine Tasting and lunch at Guardian Peak - one in the ranks of the new generation of South African winemakers.

Slow Food. Street Food. Slow Wine Route. Over 70 stalls offering Indian curries and fresh spices; Fresh handmade pasta with saucy sauces; slow roasted coffee beans and dark juicy chocolates; healthy sandwiches and salads and much, much more. All foods are fresh, seasonal and locally grown

Cooking with Spices
Spice up your stay in the Winelands with a class taught by Le Quartier Francais' resident spice guru and cook
extraordinaire Vanie Padayachee. Born in Durban, she was raised on exotic Indian dishes prepared by her
parents, great cooks both. Her own cuisine is strongly influenced by the rich diversity of cultures found
in South Africa. In a unique culinary experience you will, grind, chop and blend as Vani shares the secrets of
Garam Masala (a unique mixture of special spices) and in response to the age-old question "what's cooking?" - dishes like fragrant Durban Chicken Curry, Indian Fried Bread (Roti), light and fluffy Basmati Rice, Fresh Tomato Sambals and Cucumber Raita. Your sure to enjoy the lesson as much as the dining. Lunch will be accompanied by local wines and spicy-talk about origins and Ayurvedic properties (minimum 2, maximum 6 guests)

Bread & Wine
This fun - and delicious - class is held at Le Quartier Francais' sister restaurant Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant on the nearby
Moreson Wine Farm.
Hands-on, with a bit of guidance you will make 2 different types of dough - focaccia & sour dough and while its
cooking relax over a wine tasting experiences.
A light lunch will follow - with your delicious wines. Subject to availability and priced upon request
Charcuterie - A 2-Day Workshop
Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant chef Neil Jewel is even more passionate about charcuterie than he is,
well about bread and wine. The workshops - which each take place over two days - cover the making of savoury French style sausage, cooked and air-dried hams, blood sausage and more.
